About
Tergar Ireland

Tergar Ireland is a community of people exploring how meditation can bring greater awareness, compassion, and well-being into everyday life. We welcome everyone—whether you are completely new to meditation or have an established practice.

Inspired by the teachings of Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, Tergar offers practical meditation methods that are simple, accessible, and grounded in both ancient wisdom and modern understanding. Rather than escaping the challenges of life, we learn how to meet them with greater clarity, openness, and kindness.

Our community gathers regularly for guided meditation, study, discussion, and practice in a supportive and friendly environment. Together, we cultivate the skills to discover the natural qualities of awareness, joy, and compassion that already exist within us.

Tergar Ireland is part of the international Tergar community, dedicated to making authentic meditation teachings available to people from all walks of life. Whether you are looking to reduce stress, deepen your meditation practice, or explore the nature of the mind, you are warmly invited to join us on this journey.
